By joining DapperTime's affiliate program you are acknowledging agreement with the following terms:

- You will not use your own affiliate link to purchase items, this practice will be considered abuse of the program and will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account;
- You will not utilise any of DapperTime's brand assets, including banners, graphics, logos, trademarks or website content, unless they have been provided to you directly by us or we have given explicit written consent to use them;
- You may not bid on our brand or product names via paid advertising, such as Google Ads;
- You may not register domains, subdomains or usernames containing the DapperTime brand name or any of our products' names;
- You must disclose your affiliation when promoting DapperTime or any of our products.
- You may not associate or promote DapperTime or its products on websites or platforms which feature adult content, hate-speech or any other website that contains material that may be detrimental to the DapperTime brand;
- Conversions from coupon sites or other similar platforms will not be attributed;
- If sending your affiliate links via email to your subscribers, you must ensure these emails are CAN-SPAM compliant;
- We reserve the right to delay or withhold payments completely if we suspect any of these terms have been breached or suspect affiliate link abuse or foul-play.
- We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time and without prior notification or justification.
